About — San Diego, CA

I’m the whole department.

Strategist, designer, developer, marketer, systems architect. I build the strategy, websites, automation, marketing, and operating systems behind businesses that need one person to see the whole board.

The Story

How I got here.

It didn’t start with clients. It started with an audience — and a habit of building.

01
It began with The Book of Letters.

I started The Book of Letters and grew it to over 100,000 readers across social media and online — built with nothing but consistency and craft. That was the first proof that attention could be earned, not bought.

That’s where I learned attention is earned before money is spent.

02
Then I did it for other businesses.

Those readers taught me how attention actually works. I began running social-media marketing strategy for other businesses — real-estate coaching programs, fitness clubs and gyms — the same playbook, pointed at their growth.

That’s where I learned to turn attention into leads and sales for someone else’s P&L.

03
Clients wanted more than posts.

So I started building their websites too — then their funnels, then the systems behind them. Somewhere in there I stopped being a marketer and became a consultant and strategist: the person who owns the entire growth engine.

That’s where I learned marketing fails when the offer, website, funnel, and follow-up aren’t connected. So I started building all of it.

04
I practice what I sell.

900 consecutive days of content, and my own profiles grown past 350,000 followers on Instagram as a business strategist. Today every client arrives by referral — still one person.

The Range

The range is the proof.

Luxury watch dealers. Dental sleep medicine. Custom jewelry. Restaurants and hospitality. Local service businesses. Content and product platforms. Different industries, same job: find what’s broken in the system and build the fix.

How one person does the work of six.

Every role an agency splits across departments, I hold: strategist, designer, developer, marketer, systems architect. Everything passes through one brain with full context on your business.

No hand-offs. No telephone game. No waiting on another department to finish its part. When you text me, you’re texting the person who builds your systems.

The tools change. The standard does not: craft, accountability, results.

You keep everything.

One person builds it, but nothing depends on one person to keep it running. Everything lives in your accounts, on standard platforms, documented. Scope in writing before work begins. Clean handoff after launch. Any competent developer could pick it up tomorrow.

  • Written scope before work begins
  • Documented systems and workflows
  • Your accounts, your ownership
  • Standard platforms, no mystery stack
  • Support available after launch
How I Work

Four working principles.

01Direct, always. You talk to the person doing the work. No account managers, no relays, no telephone game.
02Honest assessments. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so within 24 hours — and tell you what I’d do instead.
03Revenue is the metric.Everything I build is measured against the money it makes you — not impressions, not awards.
04The site is the proof. This website is my portfolio piece. If the craft here doesn’t convince you, nothing I say will.
